S3 art students went to Las Arenas to see a comic exhibition and to find some new artists for their coursework. They will now research these artsits and develop work based on them.

Students of the S4, S5 and S6 Travel and Tourism classes visited the Hotel Escuela in Santa Brígida to learn about the hotel and restaurant industries.  The group was given a tour of the facilities, taught the fine art of making cocktails and helped bake biscuits.  The trip provided students a better understanding of how hotels and kitchens are run, events are planned and the key function of teamwork to be successful..

Due to Spanair's closing down, Viajes Barceló has modified the flights. Both flights are now direct flights to Barcelona (for the same prize). Check new  trip program.

Congratulations to the S5 Travel and Tourism Class for successfully completing their assigned coursework!  Students, Carl Suneson, Catherine Rodriquez, Ignacio De Cabo, Ismael Sanchez, Sara Cabrera, Sheila Gonzalez, researched, organized and executed a trip to Madrid for a selected group of customers.  During the year the class held fund raisers, created promotional materials and held meetings for customers to provide information. In addition they booked flights and hotels and arranged visits around the city and led the group from location to location.
